Department of Art History and Archaeology

I'm a third-year PhD student in the Department of Art History and Archaeology, specializing in 17th-century Dutch and Flemish art. Specifically, I'm interested in still life painting and the work of the circle of Leiden painters known as the fijnschilders. I'm an aspiring curator and have held internships at the Getty, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. I'm also currently serving as the Academic Coordinator for the Connecting Art Histories Getty project "Spanish Italy and the Iberian Americas." Prior to coming to Columbia, I worked at the Museum of Biblical Art in New York. I graduated from Yale in 2012 with a BA in Art History, with a senior thesis on Robert Rauschenberg's Rebus (MoMA).
